The Trident Team was founded in part by Brandon and Clair Ratliff. Both lifelong residents of Hampton Roads, Clair and Brandon are passionate about living and raising a family in the area. They work to promote local businesses and celebrate success stories of residents through the Trident Team platform.
The Trident Team has since partnered with real estate professionals, insurance agents, and mortgage officers to create a personalized, boutique service for home buyers and sellers.

Meet Brandon.
Brandon Ratliff is the co-founder and managing partner of the Trident Team brokered by eXp Realty. He is a licensed realtor.
Brandon was raised in Chesapeake, Virginia. He was born into a real estate family. Both of Brandon’s parents were active agents for most of his life, and he has been familiar with the duties and responsibilities of the real estate professional from an early age.
Brandon graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He is a former first responder and volunteer Emergency Medical Technician with the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad. Brandon has a special interest in the medical field and is still active as a medical device distributor and independent contractor.
Brandon formed the Trident Team to not only serve the real estate needs of his hometown community, but also to create a platform to promote the area and the locals who contribute so much. His commitment to customer service and his passion for the success of his clients is without question.
Meet Clair.
Clair Ratliff is a managing partner of the Trident Team brokered by eXp Realty. Clair is a licensed realtor in Virginia.
Clair is a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads. She was raised in Norfolk, Virginia.
After graduating from Granby High School, Clair elected to stay close to home for college, attending Old Dominion University. Her connection to the area runs deep.
Real Estate has always been a familiar and exciting industry to her. One of her first jobs, while still in high school, was as a leasing agent at a local Real Estate office. After college, she worked in Property Management, with duties and responsibilities of running larger apartment complexes. She has since made the move into residential real estate sales, and loves it. The real estate industry has played a significant role in Clair’s life since an early age, and she brings her passion and enthusiasm to work with her every day.
Clair helped form the Trident Team to not only serve the local community but to bring value and help create wonderful memories for each client she serves.
Meet Brett.
Brett Cambron is a managing partner of the Trident Team brokered by eXp Realty. Brett is a licensed realtor in Virginia.
Brett Brett is a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads. He was raised in Norfolk, Virginia, however he moved to Chesapeake in high school with his father, and now resides in Virginia Beach with his wife Tiffany and two dogs Rocky (French Bulldog) and Layla (Boston Terrier).
After graduating from Hickory High School, Brett decided to enlist in the United States Coast Guard and was based out of Ft. Eustis, Virginia for 8 years with Port Security Unit 305. He later finished his Bachelor’s in Finance Management from University of Phoenix using his GI Bill.
Brett started his career in the insurance sector of real estate. He has been in the insurance sector, as an owner and operator, for 10+ years, and has helped thousands of new homeowners navigate home insurance.
Brett helped form the Trident Team not only to serve the local community but also to contribute to operations and strategy for the team.
